Genesis co-founder Volodymyr Mnogoletny claims that Bornyakov personally carried out most of the digital reforms at the Ministry of Digital Affairs.

He also added that Bornyakov potentially has good ideas for protecting investments in Ukrainian enterprises.
«Bornyakov had ideas about introducing English law. This would help make investments more secure,» says the CEO of Sigma Software Group.
SoftServe CEO Yaroslav Lyubinets, in turn, expressed the opinion that Bornyakov well understands the IT industry and its problems.
According to him, in his new position, he expects Bornyakov to continue supporting «Diya.City» and implement all the department’s declared initiatives.
Recall that Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation Oleksandr Bornyakov confirmed to dev.ua that he will head the department in an acting capacity after the appointment of Mykhailo Fedorov as Minister of Defense.
In turn, the day before, deputies of the Verkhovna Rada voted to appoint the former head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, to the position of Minister of Defense.
