Vodafone Ukraine has raised EUR 30 million in export credit financing for the development of telecommunications infrastructure. The funds will be used to purchase equipment and services from Nokia to further modernize the company's network.
The agreement was signed at the Ukraine Recovery Conference (URC 2026) in Gdansk, Poland. It is a practical implementation of the agreements reached in 2025 within the framework of the memorandum between Vodafone Ukraine, Nokia and Finnvera on supporting investments in Ukraine's digital infrastructure.

Modern telecommunications infrastructure is becoming the foundation of the new digital economy, enabling businesses, communities and people to create, innovate and thrive even in the most challenging times. This investment, together with Nokia, ING and Finnvera, is a contribution to Ukraine’s digital future,” said Olga Ustinova, CEO of Vodafone Ukraine.
Investments in the network are aimed at ensuring stable connectivity for the population, businesses, and government services, and also create the prerequisites for the further development of digital technologies.
