Yesterday, on the pages of current prepaid tariffs for Joice and Turbo from Vodafone, notifications appeared about an increase in their cost from December 24, 2024. They noted that for customers who made the first call in the tariff from 01.08.2024 to 20.01.2025, the previous cost will apply to the next 3 service packages.
As reported by «Ekonomichna Pravda», Vodafone decided to offer the same conditions for «subscribers who already use these tariffs.»
«For subscribers who already use these tariffs, Vodafone is postponing changes and introducing special terms of use — providing 3 service packages at the old price. For new customers who become Vodafone subscribers and make their first call before 20.01.2025, the company will also provide 3 service packages in a row at the old price. After that, new prices will apply,» Vodafone said.
The company indicated that the new prices apply to current tariffs available for connection to new customers of the company. The rest of the tariffs remain unchanged for now.
Vodafone also explained why they decided to raise tariffs. Among the reasons: the rapid increase in electricity costs, additional costs for backup power, repairs to equipment damaged by the war. In addition, tax fees for the company have increased.
