She adds that a huge number of jobs labeled as Senior Manual QA/Lead/Manager in the job description include a requirement to train the automation team and improve the automation framework.
«But today I got a vacancy, after which I couldn’t resist and share it with you. I’m opening, because it’s exactly what I’m looking for, one of the first points of the requirements is 'Solid experience as a Software Quality engineering lead or equivalent position looking after multiple products, experience in providing product input on business process flows and scenario mapping for business solutions', so everything fits. But below is the requirement to have extensive experience in automation, to be able to apply programming best practices and a long list of which tools one should have experience with, but I don’t see the programming language.
