According to the court, further consideration of the case will take place without the participation of the parties, and a decision is expected on Tuesday.
During today’s hearing, lawyers for Vyriy Industries submitted to the court written objections to the seizure, as well as documents that, according to the company, confirm the legal origin of the seized funds, their purpose for paying salaries and paying all necessary taxes.
«We are not hiding anything. The court has received all the documents confirming the legal origin of the funds, their purpose, and the payment of taxes. We are confident in our rightness, because the truth is on our side. Now we expect the court to evaluate all the evidence provided and make a fair decision,» said Vyriy Industries CEO Oleksiy Babenko.
The company insists that the seized funds and property must be returned, as their origin, purpose, and use are confirmed by official documents. Vyriy Industries also criticized the practice of conducting searches without a court order under the pretext of urgency, calling it unacceptable for the interaction of the state with business.
Recall that during the searches, law enforcement officers seized UAH 32.14 million, which, according to the company, were intended for paying salaries to employees. Vyriy Industries notes that the legislation allows for the payment of salaries both in cash and in cash through the company’s cash desk. The company is a resident of Diya.City, officially employs employees and pays all taxes and mandatory payments.
According to the manufacturer, its products are currently used by over 200 units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The company emphasizes that the groundless blocking of the work of large Ukrainian manufacturers may affect not only the fulfillment of state contracts, but also the timely provision of the military with the necessary equipment.
Despite the lawsuit, Vyriy Industries states that it continues to operate as normal, fulfill its obligations to partners, and supply products to the Defense Forces.

The company stated that the investigative actions were carried out without a court order under the pretext of urgency. During the searches, more than UAH 32 million in cash was seized, which, according to Vyriy Industries, was intended to pay salaries to employees. The company emphasizes that it uses the statutory mechanism for paying salaries through the company’s cash desk, is a resident of Diya.City and pays all taxes. After the searches, Vyriy Industries stated that such actions could jeopardize the implementation of state defense contracts and the provision of the Ukrainian military.
