The funding round was led by Shield Capital and Lakestar with participation from Ballistic Ventures, Bloomberg reports .
London-based UFORCE is a consortium of nine Ukrainian defense companies. It develops autonomous systems — including naval drones, strike UAVs, and anti-drone platforms — that have flown over 150,000 combat missions during the war. Among UFORCE’s most famous technologies are the MAGURA naval drones .
UFORCE CEO is Oleg Roginsky, a serial entrepreneur from Silicon Valley of Ukrainian origin. In November 2025, he left the position of CEO of IT company People.ai to focus on the development of defense and drone technologies originating from Ukraine.
UFORCE's leadership also includes founder Oleksiy Honcharuk, former Prime Minister of Ukraine, and board member Ben Wallace, former UK Secretary of Defense.
