Developer Andriy Maystruk has released WalletBar, an iOS application for controlling personal finances that focuses not just on accounting for expenses, but on understanding where your money is going and whether there is a chance of staying within your budget by the end of the month.
A key feature is forecasting. The application shows not only the current balance and expenses for the month, but also the expected balance at the end of the month, taking into account the current dynamics. At the same time, WalletBar automatically calculates a daily spending goal — how much you can spend today to stay within your budget. This makes the application more practical than ordinary trackers, where the user has to calculate whether he is «in normal» or not.
Other features include daily expense charts and monthly budget execution, detailing by category and subcategories, unlimited accounts with the ability to manage their visibility on the home screen, planning regular expenses, and data synchronization between devices.
The app was released in March 2026, and within a month the team had released several updates. The latest version introduced notifications on the home screen and a feedback form right in the user’s profile.
WalletBar is available for free in the App Store for iPhone and iPad.
