According to the ASTRA Telegram channel, one of the warehouse workers said that the fire started after a drone attack. At the same time, Russian monitoring channels suggest that the fire could have been caused by Russian air defenses trying to shoot down drones over the city.
The regional center, Tambov, was also hit. According to local channels, Russian air defense opened fire directly over residential buildings. Debris or ammunition fell on civilian objects.

The Russian authorities have not officially reported the destruction of the Wildberries logistics center and traditionally only claim to have allegedly successfully repelled drone attacks.
