"Berries" are on fire again: a huge Wildberries warehouse caught fire in the Voronezh region after being hit by Fire Point
A large warehouse of the Russian marketplace Wildberries caught fire in the Voronezh region of Russia. The fire occurred in the Novaya Usman district, where the company’s logistics facility is located. The incident is reported by Russian sources and social media users.
A large warehouse of the Russian marketplace Wildberries caught fire in the Voronezh region of Russia. The fire occurred in the Novaya Usman district, where the company’s logistics facility is located. The incident is reported by Russian sources and social media users.
Published videos show a large-scale fire and a thick column of smoke over the warehouse. The cause of the fire has not been officially determined.
Wildberries has confirmed a fire at its facility, according to users monitoring the situation. However, there is currently no independent confirmation of the details of the incident or information about possible damages.
The incident in the Voronezh region comes against the backdrop of a series of attacks on Wildberries' logistics infrastructure in Russia.
«The company’s logistics facilities in the Voronezh region have been evacuated in accordance with safety requirements,» the company’s press service said.
According to ASTRA, the territory of the Wildberries logistics complex in the village of Aleksandrovka near Voronezh is on fire. Videos from social networks show that the warehouse is completely engulfed in flames, and local residents write that it appears to be completely destroyed.
Fire Point stated that the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Wildberries logistics hub in Voronezh with Ukrainian FP-1 UAVs.
«The Wildberries logistics complex is one of the company’s largest facilities in the region. Its area is about 156,000 m², and its capacity is over 90 million units of goods. Up to 1.8 million goods pass through the hub per day,» the report says.
According to Reuters, at least 20 Wildberries warehouses have been attacked since July 18, 2026. The company reported damage to individual logistics facilities, including in Yekaterinburg, where a warehouse caught fire on August 7 after an attack.
During that incident, Russian authorities claimed to have shot down eight drones over the region, three of which fell on the roof of a Wildberries logistics center. The company reported that the fire was contained and most of the goods were unharmed.
Wildberries is one of the largest Russian online retailers, and its business depends largely on an extensive network of warehouses and sorting centers.
Therefore, a series of attacks on logistics facilities potentially creates not only physical damage for the company, but also operational problems — from delays in order processing to the need to redirect commodity flows between regions.
At the same time, it is currently impossible to assess the real impact of the attack in the Voronezh region on Wildberries' operations. The company and the Russian authorities have not released detailed information about the extent of the damage.
Reuters notes that the attacks on Wildberries logistics centers were part of a broader campaign aimed at transferring the consequences of the war to Russian territory and increasing the cost to Russia of continuing the war against Ukraine.
Russia has recorded a large-scale failure in the work of Internet services. The websites of Yandex, Wildberries, Sberbank and many others are not working
