About 60% of Ukrainians use AI, but only 25% of them do it regularly. For what purposes is it most often used?

58% of Ukrainians use artificial intelligence, of which 33% use it infrequently, and 25% use it regularly. Also, 21% of respondents said they have never used AI tools, and 12% do not even know what it is.
The most popular artificial intelligence tools among Ukrainians are ChatGPT (85%) and Gemini (64%). Microsoft Copilot is also among the leaders — 20%. The answers were distributed as follows:
Those surveyed who use artificial intelligence most often turn to it for information search (81%), work (37%), and learning (35%). AI tools are also used for:
31% of respondents have tried AI but are not using it because they are concerned about privacy or data security. 30% have stopped using AI tools because the results were not very useful. And 29% of people do not trust the information they receive.
Among the reasons people refuse to use AI are that they don't want to pay for the tools, aren't sure what they need them for, or haven't had the opportunity.
