Recall that according to the results of the DOU survey, only 13% of 7,844 respondents have a reservation from their primary employer.
If we talk about the share of booked specialists by title , it is highest among managers (28%), Lead+ (25%), and seniors (13%).
Regarding specializations , the top three with the largest number of booked specialists included:
Next are Analyst (19%), Security (18%) and Marketing (17%).
The smallest number is in HR/Recruiter/LD and Design and UI/UX (10% each), Sales (9%) and Support (7%).
DevOps is in 7th place — 14%. Lead+ and senior level specialists are booked more often: 37% and 11%, respectively.
Data Science, QA, and Software Engineers each account for 11% of total bookings. Again, Lead+ and seniors have the largest share.
