YASNO has added an "Autopilot" feature to its mobile app, which automatically manages the home battery. The user can set the reserve they want to leave in case of a power outage, and the system itself determines when to store electricity and when to use the charge.

This was stated by YASNO CEO Serhiy Kovalenko.

For example, if your home has a dual-zone meter, the battery can be charged at night, when electricity is half the price, and used during the day to power your home. If you have a solar power plant, Autopilot will also take into account how much electricity your solar panels produce.

“Now there is less manual work. You don’t have to remember in the evening: “Did I charge it?”, go into a separate inverter application, constantly change modes, or think about whether it is worth using the battery now,” explains Kovalenko.

For now, Autopilot only works with Deye equipment. YASNO plans to add other manufacturers in the future. The next step is to integrate Autopilot with outage schedules for a specific address. Then the system will be able to see for itself that there will be several hours of power outage ahead and prepare the battery in advance.

Previously, dev.ua wrote that YASNO began implementing the Predict+ AI platform from the American Tigo Energy to forecast electricity consumption.
