Ukrainian accelerator YEP announced the opening of an office in California and the launch of an international program for technology projects planning to enter the American market. The program includes preparation for fundraising and concludes with a month-long offline stage directly in San Francisco.
The program is aimed at startups with an established product and existing sales, mainly in the B2B SaaS segment. The main part of the training concerns building a customer funnel and sales strategy in the US market. Participants will receive advice on raising capital in Silicon Valley and access to the local ecosystem.
While in San Francisco, founders will work in local coworking spaces. The program is synchronized with San Francisco Tech Week and the TechCrunch conference. Events with partners from Berkeley Haas, Silta Group, and Mazepa League are also planned. Applications are accepted until May 31, 2026.
Based on the results of the final Demo Day, startups will be able to apply for investments from a total pool of up to $1,800,000. Among the partner venture funds involved in considering projects are: u.ventures, ZAS Ventures, Geek Ventures, Angel One Fund, Vesna Capital, Green Flag Ventures, Network VC, Dnipro VC and Flyer One Ventures.
YEP operates in Ukraine as a startup support ecosystem, previously focusing on developing university entrepreneurship and early-stage projects. The opening of a representative office in the US is part of a strategy to scale Ukrainian technology solutions globally.
