From December 1, Nova Poshta will raise tariffs: what will become more expensive and what will remain unchanged

From December 1, 2025, Nova Poshta is increasing its tariffs. In addition, a surcharge is introduced for receiving mail at a post office, and tariffs are divided into local (by city) and nationwide.

What will remain unchanged?

The cost of delivering small parcels (up to 2 kg) will not be changed, the commission on the declared value up to 500 UAH, forwarding en route, return of documents and parcels, an envelope for documents and packages from 0.5 to 4 kg are already included in the delivery cost.

What will change?

Delivery of documents between branches: the company divides it into two rates, noting that this is "for your convenience and savings."

Now there will be local delivery — 60 UAH (-5 UAH), and within Ukraine 70 UAH (+5 UAH). Also, a surcharge of +10 UAH is introduced for receiving at a post office.

Parcel delivery between branches: will also be divided into local (by city) and across Ukraine.

Local delivery:

up to 2 kg — 60 UAH (unchanged);
up to 10 kg — 100 UAH (+10 UAH);
up to 30 kg — 160 UAH (+20 UAH).

In Ukraine:

up to 2 kg — 80 UAH (unchanged);
up to 10 kg — 120 UAH (+10 UAH);
up to 30 kg — 180 UAH (+20 UAH).

A surcharge is also being introduced for receiving parcels at a post office — +10 UAH. In addition, the conditions have been updated: for dimensions over 120 cm or without a box + 100 UAH.

"If you pack in a branded package, a Nova Poshta box, or similar packaging, you don't need to pay extra. The main condition is reliable packaging," the company added.

Pallets: the cost of transportation between branches will become more expensive by 50-250 UAH.

Cargo over 30 kg: the cost of transportation between departments increases by 1 UAH for each kilogram of weight. If the shipment has dimensions over 120 cm, the surcharge will be 150 UAH.

Tires and rims: price increase on 15–50 UAH.
