He explains such a low number of specialists protected from mobilization as follows: «I try to refrain from criticism, but let’s look at the root causes why some people do not update their data. They worry about coming to update the data, and there is no guarantee that they will have time to do so. Chances are they will be issued a summons even though there may be every legitimate reason to be booked. All these scandals related to the TSC, raids on various events cause fear in people. Chaos during mobilization does not make business easier. The settlement would help not only IT, but also other businesses,» Yavorskyi said in an interview with DOU.
From the point of view of the procedure, adds the GlobalLogic top manager, the paper booking could take several months, and it was not very clear in which status. «Booking through „Diya“ significantly simplified the process from the point of view of companies. But that hasn’t made things any easier for people who want to be booked. Ideally, it would be good for companies to be able to submit documents to Diya themselves, to do it more automatically. Whether it will happen or not, whether economy booking will be difficult for me to judge, because this is a very acute social issue,» he said.
