As Romanyukov announced on his Facebook page, he will be responsible for digitalization and technological transformations in German Smetanin’s team.
«Yesterday I was appointed Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Strategic Industries of Ukraine. I will be responsible for digital development in the team of German Smetanin. Thank you for the trust! So I continue to work for the defense of Ukraine, just in a different role. I remain a military man. A big thank you to the digital team of the Ministry of Defense, as well as to all those with whom I collaborated when I served there. „Reserve+“, „Army+“ and a bunch of products of the new digital ecosystem of the Ministry of Defense — it was unforgettable, and it will be our legacy for many years to come. Special thanks to the team of the Directorate of Digital Transformation of the Ministry of Defense, which I had the honor to lead for these one and a half years. I am very lucky. I accept a new challenge,» he wrote.
