As the company’s CEO Vitaly Sedler told DOU, almost a third of the specialists were hired in Ukraine, but at the same time, Intellias is opening vacancies in its offices around the world — from Europe and the USA to Latin America, India and Egypt.
He added that the company currently needs specialists in Data, AI/ML, Full-stack, Front-end, DevOps, and related areas.
Vitaly Sadler also said that Intellias continues to expand its international presence and announced its entry into the Japanese market.
«Intellias has strong expertise in automotive. And Japan, with such strong brands as Toyota, Honda, Nissan, is one of the most powerful markets in this industry. So entering the Japanese market is a logical step,» the manager explains.
According to the top manager, the company has already formed a sales team in Japan and expects the first results within 6-12 months. After specific requests from customers appear, it is planned to create local development teams.
He added that Intellias is currently focused on Ukraine, Poland, Portugal, India, and Latin America — markets with real growth potential and high demand for engineering services, but the company is having difficulty growing in Bulgaria and Croatia, where it is difficult to scale due to a limited number of specialists.
Recall that as of the first half of 2025 , Intellias was among the TOP 10 Ukrainian IT companies in terms of revenue and net profit.
dev.ua also reported that Intellias opened an office in Cairo this year and plans to become profitable in the coming months.
