During the first day of operation of the new function in the Army+ application, which allows the transfer between units, the military submitted 610 reports for changing the place of service.

Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, stated this on the air on TV, Hromadske reports .

According to Chernogorenko, as of yesterday evening, 610 completed, signed and sent reports were registered in the system.

«We consider this an active rate of requests from military personnel and hope that this function will become popular», — Chernogorenko noted.

She reminded that the response to such a report must be sent to the serviceman through the application within 72 hours after its submission.

In his post on Facebook, Chernogorenko also adds that according to the new procedure, the military no longer needs to approve the report with the commander, if the defender:

has the rank of soldier or sergeant and is transferred from the rear to a combat unit;
has an opinion of the VLK and cannot continue to serve in his position based on it;
transferred from one educational center to another.

In addition, the Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization provided a step-by-step guide for submitting such a report:

log in to Army+;
choose the template Change of place of service;
fill in the transfer data step by step. Indicate to which part you plan to transfer. Choose a reason from the list. «We tried to think through most of the possible scenarios», — she explained;
upload the necessary documents: a copy or photo of a military ticket/ officer’s certificate, a letter of recommendation from the unit to which you are transferring;
if necessary, add the conclusion of the VLK, according to which the soldier cannot serve at the current location.

We would like to remind you that starting yesterday, servicemen received the functionality through the «Army+» application to submit a report in order to be transferred to another unit.
