Ukraine has launched the DiiaCard for all government payments and services: how to apply for it
The Ministry of Digital Affairs has launched the Diia.Card for government payments. There is also the possibility of replenishing it with your own funds.

Diia.Card can be used by all Ukrainians over the age of 18 — all you need is a passport and a National Identification Card.
You can already get the following on Diya.Kartka:
- is a Book;
- There is a baby;
- Military bonds;
- Veteran sports;
- Unemployment benefits;
- Assistance to IDPs;
- Payment of pensions;
- Assistance from international organizations and others.
Soon it will be possible to receive payment under the Student Package program.
But National Cashback and eRecovery work separately and are not included in the multi-account card.
Cardholders can:
- top up, transfer money and withdraw cash from your current account;
- to pay with funds from a current account abroad;
the ability to easily divide finances: non-targeted funds [pensions, payments for IDPs or unemployment, etc.] in the current account, and targeted funds [for example, from Veteran Sports, e-Book, etc.] in the special account; - the opportunity to receive both a digital and a plastic card.
How to apply
Currently, Diia.Card works in three banks: PrivatBank, Monobank, and Bank Credit Dnipro. Over time, there will be more of them.
To apply for a card you need:
- update the «Diya» application;
- in the «Services» section, find Diia.Card;
- then choose a partner bank;
- and sign the consent.
