"We didn't come to Mindich, he came to us." Fire Point founders talk about Timur Mindich's role in the company's structure

According to Denis Shtilerman, director and co-founder of Fire Point, the production of drones was started exclusively with own capital, formed long before the full-scale invasion.
The director of Fire Point stated that the company was founded with the founders' own funds and "did not borrow anything."
“We started this business with our own funds, which were $1.5 million between the three of us. These funds were there before the war,” said Stillerman, commenting on the origin of the company’s capital.
After the successful testing of the FP-2 drones, one of the investors who wanted to invest in the development of the company's products was Timur Mindich. That is, according to Shtilerman, Mindich was not involved in the creation of the company, but joined only as a shareholder.
“We had a common interest there — the works of an artist he loved. I love him too. And nothing more,” Stillerman replied.
Another person involved in the corruption tapes, Oleksandr Zukerman, who was arrested by NABU, according to the director of Fire Point, is his longtime acquaintance and personal banker, but he had nothing to do with the company's money.
Regarding the participation of Igor Fursenko, whom NABU also suspects in the Energoatom corruption scheme, Shtilerman noted that Fursenko was the administrator of Fire Point only on paper, since in reality he was involved in the evacuation of Shtilerman's wife from Russia.
Shtilerman also answered a question about his Russian passport , saying that he received it in 1991 during the collapse of the USSR, since he was in Moscow at the time. According to him, his Russian citizenship was revoked in 2016 for his participation in the Revolution of Dignity and criticism of the Russian authorities.
