Ukrainian developer releases app for recording rental housing status in App Store
Ukrainian developer Valentyn Myedentsov has published the first version of his own mobile app, RentInspector, on the App Store, after working on it for about five months. The main goal of the product is to reduce the number of conflicts between tenants and landlords during the process of moving in and out of an apartment.

According to the author, the idea for the project appeared as a concept, later became the topic of a coursework, and after its defense, it was finalized and implemented as a full-fledged application.
The application works completely offline and allows you to:
take photographs of the condition of the apartment at different stages of the lease;
Keep pictures of damage or existing wear in one place;
use these materials as evidence in case of disputes regarding the deposit.
According to the developer, even a basic set of photos of furniture or appliances taken before move-in can help protect the security deposit that a tenant leaves with the homeowner.
Valentin notes that the 1.0 release is not perfect, but the application is already fully functional. He is currently open to user feedback and plans to refine the product, including fixing possible bugs that were not discovered before the public launch.
According to the application description, the program allows you to take up to 10 photos of each room, create folders for each apartment,
