Ukrainian media company Maincast has released its own application Maincast.TV for smart TVs running Android TV. The service allows you to watch sporting events, esports tournaments and the company’s own projects directly on the big screen. All content in the application is provided free of charge and does not require a subscription.
According to the company’s announcement, Maincast.TV combines the sports and esports divisions of the media group. The Maincast Sport channel offers broadcasts of NBA matches of the 2026/27 season, the basketball Eurocup, the Turkish and Brazilian football championships, the Italian Serie B, as well as sports shows, in particular, "UPL Vecherny". For esports fans, the application offers broadcasts of Counter-Strike 2 and Dota 2 tournaments. Viewing is possible both live and in recording.
"The eSports audience has long since moved beyond a narrow niche. Today, it is content that is watched at home on a big screen, with friends and family, just like traditional sports. The Maincast application for Smart TV corresponds to this change in habits: broadcasts have become more convenient and accessible," commented the release of the CEO of ARS Capital holding Maksym Krippa.
Maincast is a Ukrainian media company that produces and distributes sports and esports content. It is part of the ARS Capital investment holding of Ukrainian entrepreneur Maksym Krippa. Among them are the esports organization Natus Vincere, the game development studio GSC Game World, known for the STALKER series, the media platform and broadcast studio Maincast, and the mobile game development company Burny Games.
