«The relevant specialists are already working to resolve the issues. We apologize for the inconvenience,» the company said in a statement on Facebook.
UPD 9:40. Ukrzaliznytsia’s online services are still unavailable. Therefore, the company has strengthened its ticket offices as much as possible and allows train conductors to issue travel on board in the most urgent cases.
«If your pre-purchased ticket is not loading into the application, check your email — there is a PDF duplicate there. While we are working on restoring online services, we are temporarily opening ticket sales at station ticket offices for all international flights departing on March 23 and 24. These tickets will be available at all international station ticket offices from 10:00 until the systems are restored. We will notify you of any changes in advance, follow the information on the official resources of Ukrzaliznytsia,» the company noted.
UPD 2. 10:35. «We are urgently restructuring the processes so that everyone who urgently needs to travel can purchase tickets. The restoration of Ukrzaliznytsia’s online systems is still ongoing, so purchasing tickets through the Army+ service is temporarily unavailable. At the same time, we will ensure that servicemen of the Defense Forces of Ukraine who need urgent travel and cannot purchase tickets online will definitely be able to travel,» the carrier said in a statement.

Our processes have been quickly rebuilt, several thousand passengers have already passed through the cash desks reinforced with additional employees or through registration directly on board. And for those who urgently need registration of cars for people with disabilities, booking of escort at the station or lounge, group transportation or car carriers for March 23-24 — we do it manually by requests via services.uz.gov.ua @gmail.com.
