According to the outage tracking service Downdetector, the total number of complaints from users has already exceeded 500,000. The outages are global in nature and are recorded in different countries around the world.
Users are massively reporting the inability to access the Google search engine, Gmail email service, and YouTube video hosting.
In addition, users are reporting issues with hyperscalers Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Cloudflare, which could affect the operation of thousands of other websites and applications that use their services.
It is currently unknown what caused such a large-scale accident.
This is not the first AWS outage. On October 20, 2025, AWS already experienced a large-scale outage .
