The majority of Ukrainian IT businesses — 4,553 companies (68%) — closed the year with a positive financial result. At the same time, 2,097 companies (31.3%) turned out to be unprofitable, while the minimum market share — only 49 companies (0.7%) — worked out "to zero."

These results were shown by a DOU study based on Opendatabot data on the financial statements of 6,699 legal entities working in the field of IT and software development over the past year.
The most financially stable was large business — enterprises with annual sales of over UAH 1 billion. The medium segment also showed good dynamics. At the same time, the year turned out to be difficult for small business representatives: almost every third such IT company turned out to be unprofitable.
The top 10 most profitable companies were headed by "Kilobyte1024", which is part of the Fintech-IT Group, known as the developer of the mono ecosystem.
The rating is closed by HERZ LLC, an Odesa IT company founded in 1999, known primarily as a developer of software solutions for utility companies, housing and communal services providers, financial institutions, and payment acceptance and processing systems.
