American taxpayers have given Ukraine a lot of money and weapons. And we will always be grateful for that. Whether it’s 70 billion, or 300 or 500, we’ll count it later. But even 70 is a huge number. Every time I meet a citizen of a friendly country, I thank them for helping us survive. They could have spent it on solving their own problems, but they decided to help us.
I have a bad attitude towards free money. Money has to be earned. For example, I am against giving out grants to entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs should earn money for themselves, either take out a loan or take out investments. No one else promised and is not obligated to make an entrepreneur rich. Does he demand a deal for himself?
The president talks about security guarantees, the president talks about joining NATO, the president talks about the readiness of the Ukrainian army to defend Europe. This is about partnership, not about begging. This is what every Ukrainian wants. Is Zelensky a dictator? Does Ukraine need elections? I have no doubt that they will take place as soon as there is a technical possibility for this. Will is the second name of Ukraine. Ukrainians cannot do without it. Russia has not seen democratic elections for decades. Why do we not hear criticism from the American president in his direction? Where is the logic?
