«I had a meeting with Mykhailo Fedorov today. I proposed a worthy proposal to the government, which would allow us to unite the technological component of our state and ensure its development,» Zelensky said.

After his resignation, Fedorov stated at a briefing that Zelenskyy had offered him the position of presidential advisor — he refused.
The FT, citing sources, wrote that Zelensky also offered Fedorov a position in the National Security and Defense Council. However, Fedorov agreed to return only to the Ministry of Defense.
According to presidential advisor Dmytro Lytvyn, Zelensky and Fedorov will continue negotiations.
Also, after six days of rallies, the president dismissed the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Oleksandr Syrsky, and appointed Mykhailo Drapaty in his place.
«I have determined that the new Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be Mykhailo Drapatiy. Together with Mykhailo, Yevheniy Khmara, and Pavlo Palisa, we determined how the configuration of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should be updated. The fact is that Oleksandr Syrskyi ensured Ukraine’s results in the defense of Kyiv, in the Kharkiv offensive operation, and in the Kursk operation. A significant path has been covered, the defense of Ukraine continues, and a dignified attitude towards each soldier is necessary. I am grateful to Oleksandr Syrskyi and each of our soldiers for Ukraine’s strong front-line positions. I am grateful to Mykhailo Drapatiy for precisely this view. Today, with Oleksandr Syrskyi and Andriy Hnatov, we talked about further service formats and the correct transfer of affairs,» he said in an evening address on July 21. .
The Head of State added that he and Mykhailo Drapaty have determined what tasks need to be implemented in the near future and in the medium term. He assures that the long-range strike plan will be implemented clearly.
