As reported by Ukrainska Pravda, the discount will be available to those who voluntarily admit a violation and pay a fine from the CCC.
It is noted that in 2024, more than 6 million citizens liable for military service did not clarify their personal data. Failure to clarify this data without good reason entails a fine of UAH 17,000 to UAH 25,500.
Draft law No. 12093 states that a conscript will be able to pay a fine 50% less within 10 days from the date of its imposition. Thus, the amount of the fine will be 8,500 UAH.
An application for payment of a discount can be submitted in writing or through the «Reserve+» system. The head of the CCC must check it within 3 days and issue a decision on the case.
