The First Deputy Prime Minister spoke about the "year of digitalization" and the achievements of the public services service "Diya".
As Mykhailo Fedorov reported on his social networks, the total number of users of the "Diya" portal has reached over 23 million users. 1.2 million Ukrainians use digital government services every day.
The head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs also noted that more than 160 services for citizens and businesses are currently available on the portal. Among them, online marriage registration, which was launched this year, is in considerable demand - 270 online marriages every day. The launch of the divorce service is expected in early 2026.
The addition of 12 new military bonds did not go unnoticed by the Minister of Digital Transformation. According to the Minister, almost 22 million bonds were purchased by citizens for the amount of 22.7 billion hryvnias.
The development of artificial intelligence was also noted. The AI assistant in "Diya" has already processed over 1 million requests, and the number of income certificates it generated exceeded 5,000. During the first month of operation, 1,000 such certificates were generated, and 35,000 citizens turned to the AI assistant for help.
“Our new focus is an agentic state that anticipates the needs of Ukrainians and offers solutions even before your request,” Fedorov noted about the new vector of the Ministry of Digital Affairs’ movement in terms of implementing AI and digitalization, which you can read more about in our material .
In the near future, the service will feature an xPON coverage map , which will allow Ukrainians to assess the continuity of the Internet so that they can effectively plan work and study during power outages.
