13 Ukrainian startups at the pre-seed and seed stages received UFS funding for a total of $475,000
The teams pitched their projects to a competitive jury, competing for funding of $25,000 and $50,000, the foundation said in a statement.
7 startups received grants of $25,000. Among them:
SYLA is a bionic knee prosthesis that integrates advanced technology, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to adapt to individual walking styles, ensuring natural movements;
JobAtlas is a technology based on machine learning algorithms that optimizes career planning by providing recommendations based on current labor market trends;
Embraces is a mobile app for braces wearers that makes orthodontic treatment easier through progress tracking, educational content, and gamification;
ReSelpMe — a white-label SaaS platform for dry cleaners that helps monetize idle capacity and retain premium customers;
«Svitanok» is an allergology clinic offering world-class medical services in Ukraine, including a digital program for the treatment of food allergies;
Romtos is a career path platform that bridges the gap between education and practice for IT companies, students, and freelancers;
ReMind is an AI-based solution for diagnosing post-traumatic stress disorder and supporting mental health.
6 startups received grants of $50,000. These are projects such as:
VITA325 is a mobile rehabilitation application for people with movement disorders that combines self-monitoring, therapist support, and community interaction;
«Simple ZNO» — an educational application for effective preparation of students for NMT/ZNO and daily learning»
LeadForceTalent is an AI platform that automates staffing, reducing hiring time to a few minutes;
An AI platform for quick deal search that automatically collects data from multiple sources, verifies executives' contacts, and launches cold mailings;
Josti is a proptech platform for renting housing for a period of 1 to 12 months without real estate commissions;
Dots Platform is a software solution that allows restaurants, dark kitchens, and delivery services to quickly launch their own online ordering and automated delivery systems.
The pitch days were the final part of the grant program of the Ukrainian Startup Fund in cooperation with the Ukraine-Moldova American Enterprise Fund (UMAEF). The program gave Ukrainian startups the opportunity to present their innovative developments to an expert jury and receive non-repayable funding to conquer new horizons.
