Polina worked on the project for about a month together with Denis Logvinenko, the chairman of the board of the NGO "League of Changes". The path to success turned out to be difficult: the girl managed to raise funds for her own business only on the second attempt. During the first presentation, she failed, but this helped her realize that she was not really "burning" with the previous idea.
Already during the online selection, the girl decided to radically change the vector and in less than an hour prepared a new presentation for an idea that she had been nurturing for a long time.
As a result, the project received support from the NGO uBoost, which provided UAH 30,000 for its implementation. According to the young developer, the development of the platform is currently proceeding according to plan.
The startup's main value is speed and automation. If all the necessary documents and data are uploaded to the platform, a final report can be prepared in less than an hour.
"Skiller is an online platform for public organizations to automate internal processes that people usually do manually. Reporting, inserting documents, analyzing documents, and entering the indicators that were set when writing a grant application, and what you promise the donor for the funds he gives you. Therefore, the platform has created templates that you can fill out, literally using basic information: who should submit you? Who is reviewing? How many people are you and why are you doing it? Skiller will fill it in for you," Polina said in an interview for "Suspilny".
The platform is equipped with artificial intelligence tools that analyze a mass of documents, control deadlines, and track the fulfillment of grant obligations. AI allows you to quickly check the amount of funding, report deadlines, the fact of task completion, and the author of the latest updates. The main task is to completely eliminate manual work.
The team is currently actively working on purchasing a domain for the site, improving the functionality, and updating the platform design. In the future, using the service for organizations will be paid, so the priority task is to find additional funding for a full launch.
By the end of the year, the developers plan to attract the first clients — public organizations from all over Ukraine that implement grant projects.
"At the beginning of 2027, we plan to reach out directly to grantmakers so that they can implement Skiller as an internal system for conducting these projects and communicating with public organizations, in order to improve this communication and reduce the time for collecting documents and transferring them to the public organization," notes Polina.
