Over the next 21 months, Ukraine plans to digitize over a hundred services in 30 areas. What do they want to digitize first?
Danylo Hetmantsev, chairman of the tax committee, reported which services in various areas should be available in electronic format by the end of June.

Hundreds of services, according to a government official, will be digitalized in 30 areas, including:
social protection,
state registration (civil registry acts, real rights to real estate and their encumbrances, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs),
health care,
education,
licensing of types of economic activities,
tax and customs policy,
agricultural sector and food safety,
sanitary and epidemiological well-being,
pension and insurance benefits,
construction.
Referring to the published document «Plan for the transfer of public services to electronic form by 2026», Getmantsev reported that within the next three months, 10 services should be launched in electronic format:
granting the status of a person with a disability as a result of war;
granting the status of a family member of a deceased Defender of Ukraine;
assignment of a one-time cash benefit in case of disability due to injury, contusion, mutilation or illness received during direct participation in an anti-terrorist operation, implementation of measures to ensure national security and defense, and repelling and deterring armed aggression of the Russian Federation;
assignment of a one-time cash benefit in case of disability or partial loss of working capacity without establishing disability of military personnel, conscripts and reservists who are called up for training (testing) and special training or for military service in the military reserve;
assignment of a one-time cash benefit in the event of the death of military personnel, conscripts and reservists who are called up for training (testing) and special training or for military service in the military reserve;
ordering an alphanumeric combination of license plates for further responsible storage and attachment to the owner’s vehicles;
submitting an application for replacement of the registration certificate (technical passport) of a vehicle;
registration (including replacement of a lost or stolen one) and exchange of a passport of a citizen of Ukraine for travel abroad;
exchange of a driver’s license or obtaining it after loss or theft in electronic form using the Diya Portal with delivery abroad;
choosing a provider of electronic communications services available at your location.
As for future plans, they want to further digitize:
in the third quarter of 2025 — 11 services;
in the fourth quarter of 2025 — 49 services (including 11 in the customs sector);
in the first quarter of 2026 — 17 services (including 8 in the tax sector);
