Ukrainian co-founder of startup EVE replaced all IT workers with AI agents

Rogowski, known for his companies 3DLook and Geek Ventures, founded EVE last year. It’s an artificial intelligence platform that taps into a user’s email, finds missed or forgotten leads, tracks active opportunities in real time, and provides context so businesses can close deals faster.

In 2025, the startup team consisted of 10 people, and later grew to 14 and had the following positions: technical director, four engineers, product manager, designer and tester. In an interview with Forbes Ukraine, Vadym Rogovsky said that CTO Jordan Klist joined the team, who «got tired of waiting» during the usual work cycle and started doing everything himself with the help of Claude Cowork AI.

According to Rogowski, Klist was simultaneously a designer, product manager, and developer. «If it were a team doing it, it would have taken months,» the serial entrepreneur said.

In the end, he decided to lay off seven IT specialists. Currently, the EVE team consists of seven human specialists and about 20 AI agents. This has changed the workflow: for example, now a designer immediately creates a working prototype in code, instead of a prototype in Figma; the product works with prototypes instead of tasks in Jira, — noted Vadym Rogovsky. AI agents collect revenue data, analyze product analytics, generate call summaries, etc.

The EVE co-founder claims that replacing humans with AI has saved at least $250,000 per year in salaries, and believes that the total benefit could reach $500,000.
