The Ayudag-6 drone evacuated a wounded man from the front line. What is known about it and what other unusual tasks did the Heavy Shot drones perform?

What is known about "Ayudag-6"
The drone was named after Mount Ayudag in Crimea, near Gurzuf. The number 6 indicates the number of engines.
The Ayudag-6 is a modification of the Heavy Shot drones developed by Gurzuf Defence. Unlike the conventional four-engine Heavy Shot, it has six engines and can carry significantly heavier loads. The drone weighs about 98 kg and is capable of lifting 70–90 kg. Its operating altitude is 150–300 meters, and the flight range can reach 25 km, depending on the load and configuration.
However, this is not the limit of its capabilities. In May 2026, Ayudag-6 set a Ukrainian record for load capacity among hexacopters and octacopters. During the test, it lifted 130 kg into the air to a height of 15 meters and held the load for 15 minutes.
Also, for the Ayudag-6, you can select different battery sets depending on the task. For example, to fly 25 km one way, one set of batteries is used, and to lift a heavier load, another set.
According to Gurzuf Defence, the drone was developed about a year ago and was intended for frontline logistics tasks, including delivering ammunition, food, and other equipment.
How was the evacuation and are similar operations planned in the future?
For evacuation, the "Ayudag-6" was equipped with a winch - a mechanism with a cable for raising and lowering loads. The military, together with the manufacturer, also modified the drone so that it would not turn over or sway during the transportation of a person. The wounded man was first delivered equipment with carbines. He independently attached himself to the evacuation system, following the instructions of his comrades. After that, he was lifted into the air and transported to a safer place.
During this operation, the military even changed the batteries of the Ayudag-6 at an intermediate position, because due to the considerable distance and the weight of the person, the drone could not complete the entire route without additional maintenance.
However, Gurzuf Defence does not yet expect air evacuations to become a widespread phenomenon. Company co-founder Pavel Feldblum explained that such operations remain extremely risky and require careful preparation.
What other tasks did Heavy Shot drones perform?
Delivered tons of food to occupied Oleshki. In September 2026, Heavy Shot joined a humanitarian operation in the Kherson region. With the participation of these and other heavy drones, the military transported about four tons of food across the Dnieper for the residents of occupied Oleshki.
Landed ground robots behind enemy lines. During Operation Vivaldi, Heavy Shot was used to transport kamikaze ground robots. Drones delivered them more than 10 km behind enemy lines, after which the robots continued their movement independently. According to the manufacturer, thanks to this tactic, they could reach 15–20 km from the line of combat contact.
They brought oranges to the military in Krynki. Co-founder of Gurzuf Defence Oleg Hynda said that drones delivered fruit to the Ukrainian military in Krynki on the left bank of the Kherson region, where it was difficult to deliver goods by conventional transport.
They transported other drones. The Heavy Shot was also tested as an air transport for smaller FPV drones. They delivered them closer to the target, and from there they launched the “FPV-drones” into independent flight.

Дмитро Томчук повідомив, що найлегші та найменші ударні дрони PUNISHER, які не мають аналогів у світі, тепер коштують $70 000. Виробник додав у комплекс ще одного безпілотника, і тепер їх там два. Дмитро пише, що Юлія Черешня та Павло Харузов зібрали на комплекс більше 1,3 млн грн.
