Nitsoy wrote about her «scandal» with AI on Facebook. The author reacted emotionally to the tool’s language response, as it gave her the result in Russian. She then claims that she moved on to directly threatening the service, and also asked it if it «wanted to continue playing» with her in language questions. After that, according to her, the tool immediately switched to Ukrainian.

I said that if he continues to do this, our hackers will hack him all over the world and he will cease to exist. I asked if he wanted to continue playing language questions with me? He immediately gave an answer in Ukrainian.»
In the same post, Nitsoy connects the language theme with war and the information environment in the rear. She writes that the enemy on the front line is trying to «infiltrate in the back,» but in the rear, he does the same and climbs into every crack. After that, Nitsoy calls for «cleaning the space around you» and continuing to support those who are fighting.
The language response of AI assistants often depends on the interface language, account settings, region, and context of the dialogue. If the service responds in the wrong language, users usually solve this problem by directly requesting «reply in Ukrainian» in the query or by changing the language settings.
