The main innovation of version 0.9.0 is the integrated drone designer. Now users can independently assemble UAVs for specific combat missions, choosing the frame, cameras, engines, propellers, and warhead.
Each detail directly affects the flight characteristics of the aircraft. For example, the engines can be mounted in a coaxial configuration to increase thrust, which, however, drains the battery faster and reduces overall stability. There is also a new type of warhead that requires the pilot to use airburst mode.
A new dynamic weather and lighting system allows you to customize fog, rain, thunderstorms, and gusts of wind, which significantly complicates control and visibility during missions. In addition, the developer has optimized the interface, added sound and visual effects, and expanded localization to seven languages, including Ukrainian, English, Polish, German, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Technical optimizations have reduced the game size by a factor of 2.5, from almost 11 GB to less than 4.5 GB. In addition, a critical multiplayer detonation bug has been fixed and mission parameter templates have been added.
Remote Reaper: FPV Drone is currently in early access on the Steam platform, where it can be purchased for UAH 299. The project is aimed at both gamers and those who want to master or improve basic skills in controlling combat drones in realistic conditions.
