Journalists from the Russian publication "Durov's Code" tried to add cards from many banks from Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Belarus. The only way to solve the problem is to use a VPN, but not every service allows you to bypass this restriction.
Recall that Apple Pay stopped adding Russian bank cards at the end of March 2022 after a full-scale invasion. Russians no longer have access to direct payments for applications and subscriptions in the App Store from bank cards.
