The new AppleCare One service includes all the essential benefits of AppleCare Plus:
Theft and loss protection for iPad and Apple Watch is also included with your subscription, just like with AppleCare Plus. If you have iPhone, iPad, or Apple Watch covered through AppleCare One, these services are also available.
AppleCare One allows devices up to four years old to be eligible for coverage, much longer than the standard 60 days that AppleCare Plus covers after purchase. However, older devices must be in good condition, and Apple may perform a diagnostic before adding them to the plan. As for headphones, they will only be eligible if they are less than a year old.
Subscriptions can be purchased starting July 24, 2025 via iPhone, iPad, Mac, or in the Apple Store.
