In the "Reserve+" application, they want to add the possibility of paying fines for violating the rules of military accounting. Kateryna Chernogorenko, Deputy Minister of Defense for Digitalization, announced this during the Ukrainian Outsourcing Summit.
"We want to make Rezerv+ a function of paying fines for violating the rules of military accounting. Many people do not want to go to the TCC for this, to take a receipt. "Rezerv+" has the technical possibility to pay the fines, the official said.
Conscripts who violated military registration can receive a fine of 17,000 to 25,000 hryvnias. Currently, such a fine cannot be paid in electronic format.
In addition, there is a draft law that stipulates that a person receives a 50% discount on a fine if he pays it on time and voluntarily (by analogy with fines for traffic violations).
According to her, there is a technical understanding of this issue, and if the deputies adopt the draft law by the end of the year, then at the beginning of next year, "Reserve+" will have such a function.
