Borodatyuk said this on the YouTube podcast «Underground Standup.» In his opinion, artificial intelligence will free up people’s time, and they will be able to do whatever they want.
«I’m a fan of any intelligence, if it’s artificial and cooler than organic intelligence, then yes, I’m a fan,» noted Artem Borodatyuk.
He called on Ukrainians to study and use AI and added that more than 100,000 users have already completed the relevant educational course developed in the FRACTAL ecosystem.
Borodatyuk also talked about his experience using the Claude Cowork AI tool to automate everyday tasks.
«I had tracks that I add to Spotify that I want to download, like a tracklist for DJing. I had 20 tracks. It’s always a stressful process to find them later and buy them on Beatport,» explained the FRACTAL CEO.
He asked the AI to download the desired tracks from the playlist, find them on Beatport, and add them to the cart for purchase.
«Then I went in, just paid. Before, I spent two hours on it. Here I spent 10 minutes on it, maybe I was doing something in parallel,» said Artem Borodatyuk.
In his opinion, the development of AI technology could lead society to a civilization similar to that of Ancient Rome. Borodatyuk explained that back then there were patricians who were engaged in state affairs, slaves who did most of the work, and plebeians who mostly had fun.
«And I thought that the analogue of other people is slaves. But in reality, the trick is different: we are just plebeians who were paid a pittance, but they didn’t work, because because of slaves, work became unnecessary,» Artem Borodatyuk explained his opinion.
According to his analogy, AI will take over slave labor, and people will receive a basic unconditional income.
«I mean, it seems to me that in the best case scenario, society will be such that work will be devalued, and it will turn out that we will all have to somehow give something to each other so that we don’t destroy this world. Someone will rule everyone like patricians, and someone will simply live, but not do anything,» said the head of FRACTAL.
Borodatyuk added that there are areas of work and life where a person’s individuality is important, and this is something that artificial intelligence cannot yet replace, because other people are interested in and interested in the human personality.
