Ukrainian developer launches Telegram bot that searches for vacancies and generates responses to them

Full Stack developer Markiyan Kits introduced the Telegram bot Job radar for job search, which promises to relieve users of the routine of manually monitoring dozens of job sites.

«How many good jobs have you missed simply because you forgot to check another site? That’s why we decided to make one tool that collects everything in one place,» Markiyan wrote on LinkedIn.

How it works

The bot simultaneously monitors vacancies on several Ukrainian job sites and selects offers for a specific resume and user profile. Relevant vacancies found are sent directly to Telegram, and the bot immediately generates a response text for each one — the user only has to send it.

According to the author, the idea is not to «stop looking for a job,» but to stop missing out on good jobs due to routine and forgotten browser tabs.

Feedback is built into the bot

In addition to searching for vacancies, the bot has a section for requests — the user can directly leave a bug report, idea, or any feedback, and the answer will come to him in the same Telegram chat. All requests and responses to them are stored in the «My Responses» section so that nothing gets lost among the messages.

You can try the bot at the link. The author invites you to leave feedback — both about bugs and new ideas — directly in the bot through the «Appeal» section.
