The 72-hour booking service via "Diia" has been restored. How to use it

Bookings in «Diia» are working again, announced the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

«We have restored the service on the portal, so you can already book employees. Everything is technologically advanced and fast. The action itself pulls up employees who can be booked and checks compliance with the requirements. You submit an application and wait 72 hours, then the answer comes separately for each applicant to their personal account,» he reminded.

However, booking is currently unavailable for company branches and end beneficiaries, the press service of «Diia» reported .

As stated in the publication, information about employees from the Register of Conscripts works. Therefore, to book an employee, it is enough to enter their data, and the system will make a conclusion on its own.

To book a specialist, you need to complete 5 steps:

Go to the citizen’s account on the «Diia» portal.
Select the «Submit an application» option.
Specify employee details for booking.
Confirm that the salary meets the requirements.
Check and sign the application.

Feedback for each employee is sent to the manager’s office within 72 hours. If the response is positive, the employee will receive a notification in the «Reserve+» application.
