The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a decision extending the deadline for rebooking employees and updating the criticality status of enterprises. The previous deadline expired on February 28, 2025.
This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov.
» Rebook employees on the «Diya» portal until March 31. The government has extended the deadline by which an enterprise can confirm criticality and rebook workers. So if you haven’t had time to do it yet, you will have time until the end of March,» the head of the Ministry of Digital Affairs noted.
He added that managers can submit booking lists in advance so that there is no pause between the end of the previous booking period and the processing of the new one.
We remind you that according to the new legislation, reservations that were provided before December 1, 2024, expire on February 28, 2025. From March 1, the criticality criteria for enterprises that can reserve their employees during mobilization will be updated.
To obtain «critical» status, an enterprise must meet at least 3 requirements from the list:
payment of taxes and fees from 1.5 million euros per year;
foreign currency receipts of 32 million euros per year;
strategic importance or fulfillment of mobilization tasks;
absence of debt to the budget;
at least 250 employees;
the average salary is not lower than the average in the region.
Previously, the head of Ciklum offices in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and Romania, Vitaliy Nuzhny, spoke about the difficulties due to the limited bookings and business trips. «Like the entire sector, we are experiencing difficulties due to the limited bookings and business trips. This is the second reason why it is not easy to enter into new contracts and maintain export indicators. If a specialist could go and show the customer his expertise from Ukraine, this would make it possible to attract another 5-10 employees,» he noted.
