This was reported by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.
First, the 72-hour list review has now been abolished. Now decisions are made faster — businesses can quickly protect employees and not stop operational processes. “Now decisions are made faster, which allows us to quickly protect personnel and ensure the continuous operation of enterprises,” the ministry said.
Secondly, a new norm has appeared for employees of the defense-industrial complex: they can be booked for 45 calendar days - this is the period during which the company must eliminate violations of military accounting.
Deputy Minister Vitaly Kindratov explained that the goal is to get rid of unnecessary bureaucratic delays, which businesses have long complained about:
“Quick decision-making, eliminating unnecessary delays, and the ability to book time for troubleshooting is what businesses have come to expect.”
The new rules will be effective from the date of official publication of the resolution. After that, defense industry companies and critical enterprises will be able to immediately switch to the updated booking mechanism.
