In accordance with the order of the National Communications Commission of August 25, providers of electronic communications networks and services must temporarily restrict access to busification.org and send a notification of its implementation within three days.
As the website states, busification[.]org is a website chronicling forced mobilization in Ukraine, known as busification, a concept that emerged as a reaction to mass raids by workers of territorial recruitment centers (TCCs), who began to actively use street detentions since the summer of 2023.
