Ukrainian cloud gaming company Boosteroid has announced a strategic partnership with Polish developer DL Invest Group. The parties are creating a joint venture to build and develop a network of modern high-performance data centers in Europe.
According to the companies, the future data centers will be equipped with «the most powerful cloud infrastructure on the continent» and focused on the needs of cloud gaming, AI workloads, and scalable cloud services.
Power — up to 150 MW
The first joint projects are already in the design and preparation stages. Initially, it is planned to launch data centers with a capacity of 20–40 MW, with the possibility of further expansion to 50–150 MW. Specific locations and launch dates are not yet disclosed.
«This partnership brings together two fast-growing companies built from the ground up: one of the world’s most dynamic technology companies and the largest private integrated commercial developer in Poland. Together, we are shaping a new standard for the European ecosystem of data centers and cloud services,» said Dominik Leszczyński, CEO of DL Invest Group.
Poland as a data center hub
DL Invest Group manages assets worth approximately €1 billion and has a portfolio in logistics, warehouses, self-storage, retail, mixed-use, renewable energy and now data centers.
The company’s website lists five potential data center sites in Poland — Psary, Bielsko-Biała, Mierzęcice, Siewierz, and Teresin, with a combined potential capacity of up to 432 MW.
Boosteroid CEO Ivan Shvaichenko called the deal strategic: «Cooperation with DL Invest Group will allow us to build a distributed, scalable and resilient network of data centers in key locations in Europe. This is a turning point for Europe’s digital sovereignty and its role in global AI leadership.»
