The national educational project CDTO Campus, which trains Chief Digital Transformation Office specialists and their teams, has launched the «Action Faculty» project. What will be studied in this network?
As noted in the press release, «Diya Faculty» is a space where professionals of all levels can develop professional and leadership skills, exchange experiences, and form «a culture of continuous improvement, mutual support, and digital leadership».
The faculty offers educational tracks that cover all roles and levels, from junior specialists to managers and top management. The program provides for the development of leadership qualities, strategic thinking and decision-making skills. Participants also have access to relevant educational modules, including digital skills, artificial intelligence, innovative management, digital ethics and effective communication with partners and citizens.
Each trainee is given an individual development plan (IDP) based on competencies, goals (OKR) and feedback (360°). Participants also receive support in the form of mentoring and training from colleagues. Integration into HR processes is also provided — from recruiting and onboarding to performance review and formation of a personnel reserve.

Recall that CDTO Campus was launched in 2023 as a strategic project for Ukraine, which allows scaling the goals and projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation across the country. It focuses on training CDTOs — digitalization deputies in various government bodies who implement digitalization on the ground.
