Konstantin Makarov, co-founder and CEO of IT company SendPulse, shared some final figures for the year, namely how businesses used the company's tools to interact with their customers.

SendPulse is a Ukrainian marketing and sales automation platform with offices in Ukraine, Brazil, and Mexico, employing over 220 specialists. According to data published on DOU, the company has over 3 million users worldwide.

As Makarov reported on LinkedIn, over 1 million bot messages are sent to SendPulse every day.

8.5 billion messages were sent during 2025. The growth has been over 400% in the last 12 months.

According to the CEO of SendPulse, the top messengers in terms of popularity among businesses are as follows:

  • Telegram;
  • Facebook Messenger;
  • WhatsApp;
  • Instagram.
