As the publication «Economichna Pravda» notes, in order to receive UAH 1,000 as part of the «Winter is Support» program, it is not necessary to grant permission to transfer data about purchases.
This assistance from the state is provided on the «National Cashback» card, which can be opened at partner banks of the program. In order to receive money for it for the purchase of Ukrainian goods, you need to give permission for the transfer of data about your transactions.
Because of this, there was an opinion in the society that in order to receive «one thousand wool» it is necessary to give authorities access to review all calculations. In particular, cyber security expert Kostyantyn Korsun believes that programs like «Winter eSupport» and «National Cashback» put banking secrecy at risk. However, it is not necessary .
«We saw that some banks did not allow creating a card without sharing operations on other cards. Since the last update, all banks except Privatbank have already corrected it, and the creation of a card in them is not related to the sharing of transactions,» Deputy Minister of Economy Nadiya Bigun said.
«Privatbank» noted that, technically, the option of receiving thousands of hryvnias from the state is based on the technology of «Natskeshbek», where in order to receive funds, you must provide permission for information about settlements. But after creating the card , the client can refuse to participate in the «National Cashback» program and withdraw permission to view transactions .
Earlier, lawyer Bohdan Yankiv explained to LIGA.net that permission to access bank secrecy is extended only to the «National Cashback» card.
«According to Cabinet Resolution No. 952, which implements „Natcashback“, everyone who opens a card to receive cashback in the bank agrees that the DPS will have access to it and the provision of the law on bank secrecy will not apply to it. However, this is only about the card used in the „National Cashback“ program, without extending it to other accounts and cards,» he claims.
According to him, Article 60 of the Law «On Banks and Banking Activities» states that the tax service does not have information about citizens' incomes and can obtain such data either from a tax audit or by a court decision. Therefore, the DPS inspector cannot access the account of either an individual, a legal entity, or a business owner and cannot know how much they earn until he conducts a reasonable inspection.
We will remind that despite skepticism and concern about the «Winter is Support» program, on the first day, Ukrainians submitted more than 2.1 million applications to receive UAH 1,000.

Проблема в самій картці,яку оформляють.Через неї можуть мати прямий доступ до всіх даних клієнта,як дані проживання ,прізвище ,місце роботи і тд.Якщо раніше такі дані банк видавав лиш чере суд,то зараз без суда можуть затребувати і піде витік персональних даних для тих,хто захоче про Вас знати більше! Чому про це не кажуть??? А-?
