In late February, Anthropic announced that a new feature called Claude Code Security was available in limited research mode. It scans codebases for security vulnerabilities and offers targeted patches.
Recall that earlier Anthropic «made a splash» with Claude Mythos, which impressed security testers.
It later turned out that the high-profile Mythos model from Anthropic was being used in US military structures, while simultaneously proving in courts that these products threatened national security.
